Ive been driving out to the mountains more to work on getting ready for hiking season here. This time, I went out with my friend Melissa and her dog Fitz to Squak Mountain. We had originally planned to go to Poo Poo Point since it has a good view of Rainer and Lake Sammamish but the parking lot was full and we had spent 2 hours in the car already so we picked the closest trail instead.
It was a nice quiet trail with a couple streams that weaved in and out. The dogs definitely had a fun time running up and down the trail.
